● 125cc Honda PCX Scooter (4-stroke) Day 350 Baht

● "Giant" Mountain bikes Day 200 Baht

● Thai Massage (in house 2 hour minimum) Hour 300 Baht

● Taxi service; to / from town 250 Bath

● Transfer service from place of arrival / departure in Chiangmai 300 Baht ( free when stay 3 or more nights)

● Early check-in time 08.30 a.m. (subject to room is available)

● Late check-out time 02.00 p.m. (subject to room is available)

● Child aged 4 to 10 years sharing room with parent (no extra bed) will be charged breakfast of 90 bath per person

● Child aged less than 4 is free of charge

Terms of payment

* Within 7 days after we send you a replay on your reservation 25% of the total sum

For stays of less than 3 nights, the full amount has to be paid in advance

with a minimum of 50 Euro / has to be paid .

After your payment is received your reservation is definitive
